My photo's : Birds in the park
These shots were taken in a nearby park . In a bussy country like Belgium it's a bless to have a place like this . Not only for my but for birds too . Asside from the typical birds like gees and ducks there are also some migrating birds . This is in part because of the big ponds which are clearly visible from the air . But also because of the more ecological maintenance of the park . Fallen threes will be left alone except when they pose a threath to visitors (the bipods that is ;) )

Hi Stevie and Dale, We have many Magpies here but I usually see them when I am driving so I suppose I didn't recognise this one in a tree. They are so common that I haven't really took much notice of them except for the poem. One for sorrow two for joy etc. I always thought they were black and white and I have been looking at Magpies on the Internet too. I was surprised to see that they had blue feathers. Thank you both of you. Shirley

Hi stevie,
Thanks for the advice! The thing is that I realised, that everytime I took a picture of the moon it was only in focus (and with details) when I took it at dusk or dawn. Otherwise there was really too much reflection from the sun so to speak Wink
I'm not really used to the manual functions of my camera, so I might as well experiment with those more in the future.

greetings
ando
