I am a Yorkshire born artist and writer living in Buckinghamshire, in the neat south of England. I spent many years living in France, where the eldest of my sons was born.

I paint with anything, on anything, from walls to birthday cakes, but prefer oils on canvas for their richness, or encaustics for their controlled randomness. Most of my subjects are inspired by dreams, symbolism and imaginaton, and even a seemingly innocent landscape may have strange creatures hidden within. I also accept commissions and have works in collections worldwide.

I write poetry, esoteric fiction and am currently working on a book of creative meditations, alongside several other projects.
