Third MUGEN character! Lucy Diclonius from Elfen Lied! Final released. She's way better made than Aura and Ultimate Sula (quality and content-wise, not cheap or strong-wise), and has got her own sprite set done by Roccomation. Her BETA release video on Youtube got over 2,500 views. SO GET HER! XD

BETA RELEASE! Lucy Diclonius . . . actually almost finished. I only have a few more things to add. She talks a lot more than Ultimate Sula and Aura. I didn't include a movelist becuase it'd just be more fun to figure out her moves, right?! RIGHT!? No doubt most, if not all, of you have seen videos of her on Youtube, or the BETA release vid. So if you want to know more of what she's got, just read the text files I've added, TESTERS ESPECIALLY. Any feedback appreciated!

Never mind. Lucy has this totally sweet moves that contains all her memories. Then the vector slashes them and kills in one hit.

It kills in one hit. no matter how much health! I tested this on Superman (man of steel) a cheap character with a gigantic amount of health. I had to try twice cause of his heatvision but oh well.
 
The move is awesome and non cheap since I have to do a bunch of moves to get my power bar from 0 to 3.
Unlike cheating Brolly and Goku that can recharge their energy and just do blasts without punching or kicking.

I beat Mr.Incredible and other characters. it was awesome and wicked sick. nice graphical moves and sprites.
I made the bad decision fighting againist Goku ssj4 and also Kararotto 8 and Brolly.
Goku had this time stopping blast with some wedding style music, and I got owned sick.
lol! I thought Lucy would survive a kama hame ha blast. aw man I got pwned sick.
 
I was able to Nightmare Brolly HD though, I couldn't let him to do one blast, otherwise shes dust. I had to keep doing combos.
 
Since Brolly is a cheap character that regenerates health slowly near the end, it only heals to a certain extent. I was lucky and pulled off those vector thingys and they took the remaining health at the end.
 
In order to finish off Brolly and Goku SSJ8 (kakarotto) I had to keep doing combos and not letting them do a single blast. and near the end, bust that vector move with takes their remaining health, so their regen won't help there.
 
Great job on the character. Although Lucy can't survive a gigantic blast from Brolly or goku or any of those cheap chars.
Her combos are amazing! WOW!

hey Crucifix! love the lucy char! the only things i've noticed that would be good to fix are: when she jumps, her sprite while falling is majorly different (outfit-wise) from the rest of her sprites (easily fixable, because you have another sprite that fits in well if you use it instead), and the second is, i tried to give her double jump (i like all my chars to have it for fighting airborne enemies) and when she jumps the second time, she magically reappears at the side of the screen that her back is facing, and jumps forward from there... (i don't know how to fix that, but it's not a big deal if you intend on having her only single jumpable, although alot of people would prefer double jump capability)
